About Angela

Angela Daulton

Angela is a movement and mindfulness expert with over 20 years of experience guiding people toward strength, resilience, and vibrant living. A passionate yogi, Pilates instructor, meditation teacher, and body and energy worker, she blends science and soul to help others cultivate health, happiness, and peace.

Born in Jackson Hole and raised in American Samoa and Malaysia, Angela’s adventurous spirit led her to explore the world of wellness. She began with a degree in Biology, but her heart pulled her toward a different path—one rooted in movement, mindfulness, and holistic well-being.

Through her own experiences with injuries and life’s ups and downs, Angela discovered the transformative power of Pilates, yoga, and meditation. She now shares these practices with others, empowering them to feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies. Her sessions integrate deep anatomical knowledge, modern biomechanics, and time-honored wisdom to create a truly personalized approach to well-being.

Angela has trained extensively in yoga (RYT-200), studying with renowned teachers like Richard Freeman and Andrei Ram. She holds a Comprehensive Pilates Certification from BASI and has completed advanced training with Polestar and Balanced Body. Her meditation practice spans decades, including seven intensive 30-day retreats, Buddhist studies with Michael Gregory, and mindfulness training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

As a licensed massage therapist, Angela blends soft tissue work, fascial release, craniosacral therapy, and energy healing to create intuitive, deeply effective bodywork sessions. She has helped clients navigate everything from spinal fusions to joint replacements, osteoporosis, and beyond, always approaching healing with compassion and expertise.

An outdoor enthusiast, dancer, and lover of laughter, Angela believes wellness should feel joyful, empowering, and deeply personal. Her mission is simple: to help people move better, feel better, and live fully.
