Angela has extensive knowledge of injuries and techniques, and will design sessions around you and your specific needs. Private and Duet sessions available.

“Angela and I have worked together for 10 years and the effect on my body and fitness level has been truly life changing. Angela was recommended as a massage therapist by my physical therapist during recovery from an accident. Her knowledge of anatomy and ability to pinpoint where issues are coming from and address is far beyond the simple feel good massage. After my recovery, Angela recommended pilates. It has changed my spine and core (didn’t really have one before pilates). Still not sure how she can spot from a distance if you are not using the right muscle or doing something that could result in injury. In my case, former injuries can complete some of the things we do and yet Angela is always able to modify the move to accommodate limitations.
