Meditation has been shown to increase health and happiness, and there is a practice for everyone. Angela can find a practice to suit you, and she will support you through the process.

It isn't always easy to apply the practices to our personal lives when things get tough. That is where mentoring/coaching can help. Angela has spent 20 years seeking, practicing, and utilizing practices to cultivate a sense of peace and well-being. She would love to assist you on your journey. Through this work you will deeply realize the practices and develop skillful ways to navigate life’s ups and downs, allowing you to enjoy a more peaceful and connected life, benefiting yourself and others!

  • Available in person or online. Take time for yourself and learn the skills of meditation. Meet with Angela to talk about practice and life.

  • Drop In Session

    $130 for 50min

    $65 for 25min

  • Meet with Angela for 50 minutes once per week for 4 weeks. Get recorded meditations for each week personalized to you. Have access to ask questions and receive guidance via email/text for the month.
